Leadership Changes at the ACI FMA Board of Education
Announcing the Appointment of the New Chair and Vice Chair.
I am delighted to announce that, effective today 29th April 2026, our Board of Education (BOE) has new leaders:
– Chair: Elena Trimcheska
– Vice Chair: Tamer Khalifa
Following her appointment as ACI FMA Head of Education on 1st January 2026, the BOE Members have now unanimously voted for Elena to step up from BOE Vice Chair to take the role of Chair, so she can continue to lead and drive our educational efforts, with the significant benefits that they entail for our members and for our stakeholders.
Tamer Khalifa has been a longstanding member of our Board of Education and, by being elected the new BOE Vice Chair, the Members have further recognised his outstanding contributions to ACI FMA Education.
In addition to my current role as ACI FMA Chief Executive Officer, I will remain as a BOE Member and I am extremely pleased with the appointments of Elena and of Tamer, as I believe they will significantly strengthen the relevance of the BOE as an essential forum for promoting one of the core values of our community: Education.
