ACI FMA Welcomes Elena Trimcheska as Head of Education
This appointment will strengthen ACI FMA’s global education mission.
ACI FMA is pleased to announce that Ms. Elena Trimcheska has joined ACI FMA on 1st January 2026 as Head of Education.
Elena holds the conviction that true power is born from knowledge. As Head of Education at ACI FMA, she is driven by the vision of inspiring financial professionals worldwide to embrace lifelong learning, continuous development, and professional excellence which will contribute to the ethical functioning and progressive growth of global financial markets.
She is committed to leading ACI FMA’s educational activities with passion, ethics, and professionalism. Among her most notable achievements are the ACI Dealing Certificate (2005), ACI Diploma (2007), and the UK Chevening Scholarship to pursue a Master of Science at the ICMA Centre, University of Reading (2009). She later earned the CFA Charter (2018) and has recently added the IPSAS certificate from ACCA and the Climate Finance Certificate from the CFA Institute.
Elena has a profound understanding of ACI FMA, having joined in 2004 and serving as Educational Officer of ACI Macedonia for over a decade before becoming a member and Vice Chair of the ACI FMA Board of Education. Her decades‑long voluntary dedication led to her upcoming appointment as ACI FMA Head of Education. Professionally, she advanced from treasury roles in North Macedonian local banks to leadership positions with Société Générale and Erste Group Bank subsidiaries and later served as Manager and Partner of Grant Thornton North Macedonia’s Advisory Division. Drawing on her technical expertise, international experience, and ability to communicate with clarity, build trust, and foster collaboration, Elena will bring exceptional value to ACI FMA’s educational mission.
